President Biden claims that “all” of the “150 life-tenured federal judges” that he has appointed are “highly qualified,” “faithful to the rule of law,” and “dedicated to the Constitution.”
IN FACT, Biden used race & sex criteria to appoint a person to the Supreme Court who claimed that she couldn’t define the word “woman,” argued that government can racially discriminate, and voted to allow union members to destroy their employer’s property.
