PolitiFact claims that a Florida ballot measure wouldn’t legalize “abortion up to birth” because it only allow for late-term abortions “when necessary” to “protect the health of the pregnant woman.”

IN FACT, the ballot measure would legalize abortion up to birth if any abortionist merely claims it is for “health.” Under that standard from Roe v. Wade, 10,000+ late-term abortions per year were done during healthy pregnancies at the stage in the picture below or later.
