Good-Paying Jobs
VP Kamala Harris claims, “I will make sure good-paying jobs are available to all Americans, not just those with college degrees.”
IN FACT, good-paying jobs are mainly a result of workers’ productivity, which is suppressed by these Democrat policies:
- Education that doesn’t equip people with practical skills because curriculums are packed with progressive priorities like critical race theory, social justice, environmentalism, and sexual instruction.
- Regulations that prohibit workers from using efficient or cost-effective means of production.
- Social programs that provide the incentive not to work, drive up government debt, and divert money away from capital investments that enhance workers’ productivity.
- Instilling a victim mentality in people, which is associated with weak self-control and less ability to persist in challenging tasks.
- Mass immigration of low-skilled workers.
- Lack of assimilation by immigrants who don’t learn to speak English well, thus locking them into low-paying jobs that require limited communication.
