“Legal Status”
During the VP debate, CBS moderator Margaret Brennan “fact checked” JD Vance by claiming that many Haitians who Vance called “illegal immigrants” have “legal status.”
IN FACT, Biden/Harris let 200,000+ Haitians into the U.S. who are inadmissible under federal law. They do this by twisting a clause that allows for “temporary” entries of “inadmissible aliens” “only on a case-by-case basis” to import them en masse.
Then they argue in court that no one has standing to challenge their actions, just like they did when they flagrantly flouted the law when trying to transfer student loan debts to taxpayers.
