Upholding the Constitution
VP Kamala Harris claims, “I have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution six times in my career, and have always upheld it without reservation.”
IN FACT, Harris flouted her oath to uphold the Constitution in at least six ways:
- She and Biden usurped Article I’s “legislative powers” by imposing a vaccine mandate on most of the nation’s workers without Congressional approval.
- She violated the same section of the Constitution by supporting Biden’s flagrantly illegal scheme to transfer student loan debts to taxpayers.
- She spurned the First Amendment right to “freedom of speech” by vowing to use the Department of Justice to “hold social media platforms accountable” for “hate” and “misinformation.”
- She disregarded the Second Amendment “right of the people to keep and bear Arms” by supporting a law to confiscate all handguns. She also filed a legal brief arguing that the “Second Amendment does not provide a private right to keep and bear arms.”
- She ignored the 4th Amendment right against warrantless searches by claiming the power “to walk into” the “sanctity of your locked home” to “check” if “you’re being responsible” with a “gun” that “you legally possess.”
- She desecrated the 14th Amendment guarantee of “equal protection of the laws” by calling for government to treat people of different races unequally so that “we all end up at the same place.”
